طيف گسترده قيمت مک‌بوک پرو؛ از مدل پايه ۱۹۹۹ دلاری تا نسخه سفارشی بیش از ۱۴ هزار دلاری

There weren’t too many surprises with yesterday’s launch of the first touchscreen Mac, the MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR display. But one of those was the option to spec the SSD to a massive 16GB.

With the M6 MacBook Pro the new entry-level model, that means that you can now spend anywhere between $1,999 and $14,549 on a new MacBook Pro …

The cheapest MacBook Pro in the new lineup is the 14-inch M6 model with the standard spec:

- 14-inch screen

- M6 chip (12-core CPU, 12-core GPU)

- 16GB unified memory

- 1TB SSD

That option is yours for $1,999.

The most expensive model is a maxed-out 16-inch MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR display:

- 16-inch screen with nano-texture glass

- M5 Max chip with option 2 (18-core CPU, 40-core GPU)

- 128GB unified memory

- 16TB SSD

Yours for a mere $14,549.

For anyone trying to justify this, you can console yourself that you’ll be paying half the price of a maxed-out Mac Studio, after the 512GB option became available:

- M5 Ultra chip with option 2 (36-core CPU, 80-core GPU)

- 512GB unified memory

- 16TB SSD

As we noted yesterday, that will run you $29,799.
